We met up with some friends from North County Crawlers at the Superstition 11 off road event. It's put on every year by the San Diego Four Wheelers club.
There's a lot of great trails, all on the lone mountian and accessible from the base of the mountain. The terrian is a nice mix of rock and sand. We ended up on Black Cat trail and some others in that general area. I can't wait to back and try out some of the other trails and get to know the area better.
I didn't get a whole lot of pictures this trip. One of the coolest things about this area of the desert is that it's near where the Blue Angels practice. On Friday and Saturday we were treated to numerous fly bys by the jets. Tough to get a good picture, but it was a good show.
